OK, just before my Cherry Blossoms 2025 trip I posted a general update in which I discussed recent health news such as the lifestyle changes I pursued after a Transient Ischaemic Attack.

@shlee I would love to but despite having a letter from a GP saying that I’m medically stable and fit to do so #PostTransientIschaemicAttack they have a flat ban on me doing so. :(
SIGH. I’ll call the #RedCross later this year to see if they’ve relaxed the ban on #PostTransientIschaemicAttack folks like me giving blood. #canberra

They're even, allegedly, able to deliver this Friday so I'll be back on the diet sooner than expected (I was assuming Tuesday would be the earliest). :)

But I see no reason to get cocky about this. Devoting one exercise session a week to heart health seems like a good precautionary measure to me. #PostTransientIschaemicAttack
Ok, so as part of the #PostTransientIschaemicAttack regime I take 100mg of Aspirin as a blood thinner every morning with breakfast. And this is the front of the blister, conveniently marked with days of the week:
