So I'm reading a bit more on the topic of #PostPolitics, starting with Mouffe's 2005 book "On the political" (p30).

And I don't understand. It seems she criticises liberal democracy because it promotes a culture of consensus, while she calls for the rise of agonistic (pacified conflicts), adversarial politics... in the same framework of representative democracy.

But then what is the difference? And can we really have the return of "the political" if we keep the same system?
