The project had been dormant for almost a year, but now I have finally gotten around to making an improved bellow for my portative organ.
Not bad for a first try. The keyboard feels really good on first iteration!

I was going to say, they had portative organs back in medieval times, so that would fit Game of Thrones technology
And it looks similar to what the other guy was playing, except that had flat bellows like a regal
