Remember the failed Gaza "aid" pier?

You know, the one that fell the fuck apart after only a couple weeks, killed at least one sailor, sunk 2-3 boats, another caught fire, costing over $100M in resources and delivering far less in aid.

Yea that one.

Turns out no one wants to work for those war criminals(Military Sealift Command) and now they're more severely short staffed than they've been in a generation.

For whatever reason the US was claiming off and on for the last week or two that they would carry out one more mission to setup the Gaza Pier and deliver aid.

The operation was supposed to start yesterday (7/10) but instead the US announced the pier is closed for good.

Which, we know because the US basically said so much back on June 25th back at the top of the thread.

Anywho, fuck that old useless distraction.

US set to wind down Gaza pier operations

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says US ‘will wind down pier operations’ in ‘relatively short order’.

Al Jazeera

One of the ex-military YouTubers who was very excited about this pier operation early on is now eating a ton of humble pie as he now details exactly how inefficient and wasteful the Gaza pier operation was.

This definitely is his most honest review of this doomed project and worth the watch if you're curious about all the details.

He finally says the obvious and suggests just trucking aid from Egypt into Gaza.

U.S. to remove Gaza aid pier, may not put it back

U.S. officials say the pier built by the U.S. military to bring aid to Gaza is being removed due to weather to protect it, and the U.S. is considering not re-installing it unless aid begins flowing out into the population again. While the military has helped deliver desperately needed food through the pier, the vast majority of it is still sitting in the adjacent storage yard because of the difficulty that agencies have had moving it to areas in Gaza where it is most needed, and that storage area is almost full. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss military movements.

The Biden administration has posted their press schedule for the week, which notably is one of the least busy weeks for press in his entire tenure.

I wonder if there's some bad press Joe Biden's team is trying to avoid? 🤔

Just 11 hours ago US military officials were proudly proclaiming to the media that aid would soon flow from the US pier. They -just- reattached it last night.

I'm still fact checking the ports involvement in today's massacre but this is awfully curious timing 🧐

Israeli sources claim the hostage rescue operation was successful in recovering three military/police members who were guarding the Nova Music Festival and one civilian settler who attended the show.

Meanwhile, Palestinian aligned sources point out that the US dock has become a legitimate military target due to it's use in staging these special forces operations.

When you look at this project... it's really not significantly different than a small town pier. I don't think any of the vehicles or dock parts large than even typical river barges.

None the less... some how we've got video of US soldiers stranded on a Gaza beach as their vessle takes on water.

The soldiers appear to be LOOKING for the damned genocide barges.

Great start to Port Genocide.

Landing craft

Landing craft are boats and seagoing vessels used to convey a landing force (infantry and vehicles) from the sea to the shore during an amphibious assault. Most renowned are those used to storm the beaches of Normandy, the Mediterranean, and many Pacific islands during WWII. This was the high point of the landing craft, with a significant number of different designs produced in large quantities by the United Kingdom and United States. Because of the need to run up onto a suitable beach, WWII lan

So let me get this straight, Genocide Joe's Genocide Port which cost one third of a billion dollars ($320M to be exact) it both does not deliver as much aid as a single over land crossing AND it's falling apart in ordinary storms?
