Parcel 2: has the wrong post code. My bad. I spoke to Evri, I need to get the sender to update the delivery address. Ok, I get that done, three days ago. I notify Evri.
No action from Evri. No comms from them either. No change in status of the delivery. No way of contacting them by phone. Garbage service.
This company does not deserve to be in business. #Evri #PoorService
Me: I’m sick of DoorDash ignoring the simple instructions to NOT honk their horn or knock because graveyard shifters are sleeping. I’m not tipping this time because tips should be for good service, not blatant ignoring of delivery instructions.
DoorDash: Add tip or else.
Goodness, UPS have a terrible mix of overly rigid process combined with overly sloppy staff, meaning they've failed to leave the information that the website requires before I can proceed with rescheduling to avoid a second failed delivery!
Weirdly I couldn't reschedule prior to the first attempt, even though I knew I would be out then too, so my fragile item will be needlessly carted about for at least three delivery attempts and at this rate maybe more! 😮

Then sign up to Prime Video! You have the joy of paying a subscription whilst still having to make an additional purchase for most of the content , anyway.
