Finally got to try the #polystarchpuffbread from #MilkStand yesterday. I didn't get a picture of it out of the plastic because I was in a hurry. It was pretty tasty. A friend who'd tried it a couple weeks ago described it as like a croissant with the topping like from a concha (Mexican sweet bread roll), which I agree with.
