We tried the new dessert - Kashyyyk Cake - brownie base, raspberry sauce, tiramisu, and dark chocolate mousse. The dessert was fine, but it was basically mousse on a brownie. There was very little raspberry sauce and no hint of tiramisu. The red blobs were like waxy, very sweet rice krispie treats. We also shared the Endorian Roasted Chicken Salad - marinated chicken, mixed greens, roasted seasonal vegetables, pumpkin seeds, and green curry ranch. Lunch yesterday was at #DockingBay7 for the #LifeDay #LifeDay2025 offerings. We shared the Kublag Curry - herb rice, curry-spiced shrimp, creamy chicken curry, cilantro, and feta crumbles. We ordered it without the cilantro on top. That was an amazing dish, such good flavor. I really enjoyed it. I also had the zeltros mousse (vanilla bean mousse, strawberry creme, strawberry crunch crust, banana soil and chocolate caviar). I got lured in by the promise of vanilla bean mousse. Unfortunately, as you can see from the inside, there was more strawberry than vanilla bean, so it was much sweeter than I liked. Lunch today was at #DockingBay7 . I had the "surabat noodles with crispy marinated eopie" (lo mein noodles, bok choy, ground pork and togarashi pork rinds). I really enjoyed the dish, which was nicely seasoned. The noodles were a little dry. It didn't need a full-blown sauce per se, but just a little bit of moisture would have made it better. #BlackSpireOutpost #GalaxysEdge
