This report is bizarre. Not only does it say over & over again there’s no evidence to support #POTUS #Biden willfully retained the #ClassifiedDocuments & then magically finds that he did. It also says “jurors will conclude that Mr. Biden—a powerful, sophisticated person with access to the best advice in the world…” then claims he is elderly w/memory issues. Which is it #RobertHur? It can’t be both.

It does say that. Yet it also says THIRTY-TWO TIMES (that I found in my scanning of it) that the evidence all points to the fact that he did not willfully intend to retain the #ClassifiedDocuments.
Which is just one the reasons this report is so obviously both #PoliticallyMotivated & absolute garbage.
