Mój kochany piesek, zwany Burakiem Cukrowym (bo jest burakiem, ale słodkim) poszedł do domku obok i zeżarł tamtemu pieskowi całą kolację. A potem jeszcze wyglądał na zbulwersowanego, kiedy wypełniłem michę tamtego naszą karmą.

From Nov 11, 2018. Notes say I used a frozen shell, some apples from the local orchard, and mixed the topping during the first part of the bake. Pie really can be easy and quick.

I had probably made extra dough, lined a plate and froze it empty just for when a pie was needed in a pinch.

The pastry technique isn’t too my liking, a little *too* flaky, but ti works and is easy.
