Another day on the country road to visit the chronicler’s father in the hospital. Phew. But at least the Rudel didn’t have to come along, since my wonderful wife could watch them. Instead, we went for a nice evening walk, which did us all good. A light rain makes the world smell wonderful and softens the fur.
In the second-to-last photo, you can see "Seelen," the best pastry Upper Swabia has to offer. Delicious and always a comfort in tough times. The dog in the last picture is Fucks, my sister’s dog. The only dog we know who lies on a windowsill. A tiring, but also a lovely day.
