A little bit of an oddball, but maybe someone here can suggest something.

I'm looking for a pastry cutter/pastry blender that's built to actually take ABUSE. I want something stout enough that I could punch through a 2x4. Even the style pictured I can't get through a single pie crust without destroying as they immediately fold up and bend into unusability.

My mother insists I'm going too hard, but I like using COLD BUTTER so things actually laminate right, and every pastry cutter I've ever used just buckles with more than about 3 pounds of pressure. So, does this even exist? Can I get a pastry cutter that can stand up to my hamfisted ways?
