Security engineering is a shitstorm of barely understandable sloblock.
I want to use this key to:
1. Test login to all work systems (salesforce, google workspace and ssh to linux hosts).
2. Eventually, to setup something similar for all my coworkers to get to a thing called 'ACSC E8 ML2'.
I must know ALL of these acronyms:
FIDO, U2F, FIDO2, PKI, udev, HID, ECS, ECDSA, ED25519, pam, NFC, USBC, USB, SHA, RSA, PIN, TOTP, HOTP, OATH, PIV, PGP (there are more, I am bored typing them, let alone using the bastards).
And after all that, I am able to reach this oh-so-helpful conclusion:
My #yubikey is too old.
Fine. #pffft
