MikaAs a previously loyal #Shell customer, I think both my wife and I will now be loyal #Petronas customers instead lol. Not only was the fuel actually, noticeably, really good/smooth on both our cars (years ago we determined that Shell's was king > #Petron > Petronas) - but the #Setel app/experience is just sooo, too good to lose :))
Just the fact that you could get these sooo nice looking digital receipts each time you fuel, makes it worth it - you even get Mesra points automatically too, Shell can't relate with their worthless #BonusLink crap. Also Petronas is just an easy choice, cos they're everywhere - Shell is too tbf vs Petron, #BHP, #Caltex, etc. but Petronas is just legitimately everywhere. Your loss, Shell - thanks to your ugly ass app and slow ass implementation of this in-app #BUDI95 subsidy. Setel ftw.
