Bộ Tài chính đề xuất tăng mức giảm trừ gia cảnh khi tính thuế thu nhập cá nhân lên 15,5 triệu đồng/tháng. Đề xuất này thấp hơn so với kiến nghị 20 triệu đồng trước đó.
