Old vs. New 2of 2: Choosing Power and Integrity

The Open Web (grassroots / ethical AI, Fediverse) is built on Power (Level 200+). This structural shift chooses kindness over control:

* Courage (Level 200): We choose to build and support better systems.
* Acceptance (Level 350): We trust that kindness works better than control.
* Reason (Level 400): We focus on honest, smart code that serves everyone.

This change means we move from needing approval to simply being powerful. This system is about creating a safe space for everyone to grow—that is the highest form of integrity.
