Pendulum Lab

Play with one or two pendulums and discover how the period of a simple pendulum depends on the length of the string, the mass of the pendulum bob, the strength of gravity, and the amplitude of the swing. Observe the energy in the system in real-time, and vary the amount of friction. Measure the period using the stopwatch or period timer. Use the pendulum to find the value of g on Planet X. Notice the anharmonic behavior at large amplitude.

When we launched Pendulums v0.1.0 on January 15, 2018, we never imagined reaching around 13k users. What began as a fun project arose from our need for user-friendly and free to use software for small startups like ours.
Today, there are many free and open-source alternatives to Toggl, including Pendulums.
We hope to maintain and improve "Pendulums" for another 7 years, with your continued support and enthusiasm. Thank you all for being part of our journey!
