B&M Stores have a bunch of bare roots fruit trees in stock. Two for £12 or £7.50 each.
Not sure any of the #AppleTrees are recommended for Scotland though? Golden Delicious, Cox Orange Pippin, Granny Smith, Jonagold. On M9 semi-dwarfing rootstock.
Also #PearTrees Conference, Doyenne deli Comice (Quince A rootstock), #PlumTrees Opal, Victoria, and #CherryTrees Hedrlfinger, Morello.
Tesco UK are selling dormant #AppleTrees (Jonagold, Golden Delicious, Discovery, Cox’s Orange Pippin apples) and #PearTrees (Conference Pears), £7 each (2 for £12 with club card). Also listed on the box but I didn’t see any were Prunus avium 'Stella' (black cherry) and Victoria plums.
Anyone know what rootstocks these would be on?

Stubbled onto https://denmylne.wordpress.com/about/ a blog about #Scottish #Heritage #PearTrees, but sadly not updated in 10 years 🍐🌳😢
Seems author had 600 grafted trees in their (large?) garden in Newburgh including all the known varieties and was hoping to rediscover more, as well as trying to preserve what we have.
Some good ideas including “Holyrood should consider introducing legislation to enforce the planting of such endangered trees in new housing estates and public spaces.”
