I haven't been following the development of #Paralives before it entered Early Access, so the enthusiastic reception it's been getting has been a surprise to me.
But perhaps more surprising is the vitriol I've seen directed at EA, publishers of The Sims and its sequels. They really want the underdog indie game to be a poke in EA's eye. I haven't played The Sims 4 but the feeling of betrayal is palpable.

melsaywhatHear me out. What if Paralives game play mode had routines? I have to post this on the inter webs because I cannot continue storing "ideas" in my idea dam of a brain.
Like morning routines, wake up which apparently already includes brushing teeth, but then restroom, flush, wash hands, shower, meal. (ideal routine, but can be customized if you don't want to be that put together in game because let's be real)...
I dare say that #Paralives is a bit buggier than I remember The Sims 3 being, but I'm sure that'll get ironed out eventually.

Oh my goodness, I just discovered a totally weird bug in #Paralives that causes a new member to be added to the household if you adopt a baby and then reload your game without saving. They get stuck in on the edge of the map, by a cliff facing the sea, their name is Charlie Default, and they're buck naked.
Even better, I was able to reproduce it. I will submit a bug report.
