Looks like starting this week, #PKPIC has new tariff integrations in the Pomeranian Voivodeship! (No, probably not a joke)
On one hand, all PKP IC single tickets between the Tricity (GdaÅsk, Sopot or Gdynia) and any station outside of the Pomeranian Voivodeship are now valid on SKMT and Polregio trains within the borders of the three cities for 75 minutes before the scheduled departure or after the scheduled arrival as shown on the ticket. In the arrival case, you'll be able to request a delay certificate from the PKP IC conductor to start the 75 minutes from your actual arrival time (if your departing train is crazy late, you're kind of screwed, however).
On the other hand, "Taryfa Pomorska" SKMT and Polregio monthly passes are now valid on IC and TLK trains on their route (not commercial EIP).
So far, only valid until Railway New Year in December, probably will be extended.

The Central Trunk Line - Poland's original high-speed line connecting Warsaw to Katowice and KrakĆ³w - is to be 250-ready by 2027/8 now that the GSM-R buildout can resume. There's also a signed contract to get a station in BiaÅa Rawska built by then (note that unlike WÅoszczowa and Opoczno, this is actually building an infill station from scratch, not just adding platforms to an existing station for overtaking trains). PKP PLK zapowiada, że w pociÄ gi rozpÄdzÄ siÄ do 250 km/h na Centralnej Magistrali Kolejowej w grudniu 2027 roku. Docelowo skrĆ³ci to czas jazdy z Warszawy do Krakowa do godziny i 52 minut, a do WrocÅawia ā do okoÅo 3 godzin.
