As someone with Palestinian heritage who is vocally against the destruction in #Palestine, I get an extraordinary number of pleas for help. All of them heartbreaking, and unfortunately, many of them are scams. There’s a lot of work tracking down which are legit. (I may do a post on how to research gfm pleas)

That said, I would like to introduce you to Nour and Nagham, doctors and sisters on the ground in #Gaza, who founded and lead the globally supported initiative, #PALHumanity. They have been distributing aid (primarily diapers, menstrual/hygiene kits and formula). Because they go to where people are sheltering, the IDF has almost killed them multiple times as they continue to shell schools.
