Some thoughts on the item in the back of this photo: It's called a Red Dragon roll. It's a fancier variation of a spicy tuna roll. Back during better days, spicy tuna was made with maguro. They don't make it like that anymore. Now, they use another kind of fish and I think they mix it with that fried tempura crap, which gives it a dry texture. If you're old enough to remember maguro, this is a huge change in the recipe.
