Good morning!
Last day of the week, but first completely normal day after my vacation.
Yesterday afternoon we had a work outing with focus on sharing knowledge about water management. It was fun, I learned some things and I made photos. I also did some selfcare by leaving early. So yay me!

My mood is a little better today then it was yesterday. But I am still struggling a bit to hold on and not be swept away in the torrent of emotions.
I either feel like crying when talking to someone, or figuratively biting their head off.
