Another week achieved the recommended amount of cardio while #OrnaRpg and #StreetComplete pulled me to another 4 sessions compared to average. Usually would combine the two, start with Orna and then StreetComplete.

Although less than half than the previous week, did start playing #OrnaRpg which has helped with getting me outside more often and getting at least 1 km in and achieved this 5 times out of the 7 days.
