Because I appreciate the difference between brewing a cone filter in both a V60 and an Origami dripper, I'm finding myself wanting to get a Kalita dripper to see how different a wave filter tastes between the dripper it's designed for and an Origami.

I need someone to talk me out of buying YET ANOTHER DRIPPER, or someone to convince me that it's a good idea to buy another one. 😂​

TBT: 2:50. 13g: 210ml. 50ml bloom for 35s, then three equal pours to the end with small swirls in between pours.

Red apple crispness and sweetness.
