Ich fange an zu verstehen, was mit "Separierung der Geschmäcker" gemeint ist, gerade im Vergleich mit der C40. Ich freue mich sehr auf den Coldbrew im Sommer, für die #Mizudashi und schön fruchtige, gewaschene Bohnen wird diese Mühle sehr, sehr gut sein

Going to take #aeropress to the office.
Would be thankful for nice and easy recipes for boiling water (no temp kettle at work).
Tried 11g:200ml Hoffman's one and it was actually a good one. Though I need to calibrate the #mavo grinder I got from AliExpress and the one I am going to take to the office too, as at home I use #ZP6Special

5.5 clicks 1zpresso ZP6-Special, Kalita Wave filter paper, Origami dripper with Lilydrip Lotos.

TBT: 2:50. 13g: 210ml. 50ml bloom for 35s, then three equal pours to the end with small swirls in between pours.

Red apple crispness and sweetness.
