I have moved away from Adobe products long ago, but the one thing I am still unhappy with is the options I have for open source vector print graphics programs (Like Adobe Illustrator was).
Inkscape is the only option I know of and its interface is kind of poor. The adjustment period of going from Illustrator to Inkscape was far less manageable than it was for switching from Photoshop to an open source solution (GIMP, and later Krita).
So, I was pleased to come across something that might look like a second option:

Fedisphere, has anyone worked with this application? What about any of the other aspects of this suite: https://calligra.org/components/
One type of thing (task) I did in Illustrator often was bringing in a raster (pixel) image and then using Illustrator's Trace function to "vectorize it" or vectorize parts of the image. Inkscape has some sort of trace function but it doesnt work the same way, at all.
