Another (final) thought: preparing lectures / seminars / courses takes time. Attending them too, albeit less. In the publish-or-perish game, attending too many events is not appreciated. Reading capabilities have their limits, too.

I really need to wrap my head around it. Perhaps something for the #OpenScienceRetreat .
