A. Rowing, 5 min.

B. Warm-Up to a heavy 3rm squat. Pick any variation (back, front, oh, box squat, wide stance)

C. Death by EMOM, max 10 rounds
- 1 Strict Pull-Up
- 3 Squats, at 90% of your 3rm in B.

Stop the workout if you cannot get the 4 reps in 1 minute, or if you fail a squat rep. (If you get to 10 min, it was too easy. If you cannot get 5 rounds, it was too heavy)
Try a strict pull-up variation (normal, chin-up, mixed). Use a band if needed.

D. Rowing, 5 min.
