Backdash-Cancelling into Aerial Attacks:
Did You Know?
In One Piece Fighting Adventure during your backdash you can cancel it quickly into an Aerial Attack! This works for normals in the air as well as air specials! This is good for a different kind of poking,evasion and whiff punishing and can be a useful option if you are out of options in defense or a useful way to even gain meter depending on character!
(Note that certain characters like Nami,Usopp and Buggy have a back run instead of a backdash,and others DO have a backdash however they stay on the ground during the animation,meaning they can’t use specials in the air. It’s a case by case scenario for every character but most of the roster DOES have a backdash landing them in the air)
