Dragonfly charging station?

On top, the same Eastern Amberwing I posted a few days ago. It seems to favor this spot, flying a short distance to catch small insects over the water and then returning to its perch to feed. Of course it could be another one, but dragonflies are known to be territorial. The damselfly below it is an Orange Bluet. And below the Bluet is an unidentified recently metamorphosed Odontate, probably a damselfly, indicated by the folded wings. If you look below the Amberwing, you can see a moulted exoskeleton, presumably from that last Odontate.
