Why can't I open a #PullRequest to a dataset or fill a ticket to an article?
how can we make institutions accept contributions?
Focus on tooling, shoot out at the training by @thecarpentries or @pyOpenSci
we didn't have places to back this, that's why #Sloan funded #OSPOs as local context for a global community

They've got IKEA, DB, RTE and EC. Showing how there's collaboration between #OSPOs
To increase capacity between OSPOs we need to get out of the silos and collaborate.
