Yesterday, #OKCPS Superintendent Dr. Jamie Polk sent a statement to parents, informing us that our schools will NOT be showing #RyanWalters's video. She said this refusal by OKCPS is in accordance with the law and with the guidance of the Oklahoma Attorney General.
Multiple other #Oklahoma school districts have also refused to comply.

Update:
The school messaged parents on Tuesday to let us know that more threats against #OklahomaSchools came via social media on Monday and early Tuesday.
So far, whichever higher-ups are in charge of investigating these things believe the threats are not credible. Good for them. In the meantime, kids and parents and teachers are walking around with nerves like piano wire.
This is the kind of thing that makes me regard the creation of social media as a bad move.
