#Parkrun report today - a spot of local tourism. Not quite Barrybados weather at Barry Island though very humid. Fun to see the Billericay Striders who I expect were off to Nessa’s slots afterwards.
Uncharacteristically I groaned, grunted and grimaced my way round this deceptively hilly course. I did enjoy it honest!

@nickbwalking Pretty much the only part of my #boycott of the #Qatar #WorldCup #abomination that costs me personally is forgoing watching #England get stuffed (#inshallah) by #Senegal.

And I don’t even hate the England XI! It’s more a logical extension of the #NoCake principle.
