If you haven't heard the news by now, Doug Bowser, the current president for Nintendo of America, has announced he will retired by the end of 2025.

Devon Pritchard, who has been with Nintendo since 2005, will become the new president starting 2026. In addition to that, Satoru Shibata will now become the new president for NoA. He's been around working for Australia, Europe, Japan, and the Pokémon Company.
