"Three council volunteers were #arrested at about 2am on Saturday in Soho in possession of #rape alarms. #Police said “#MilitaryColleagues” believed the devices could be used to disrupt [#coronation] parading horses, posing “significant risk to the public and the riders”. The council said the #NightStars volunteers give the devices to #vulnerable women and were funded by a #HomeOffice grant. They also gave out flip-flops, vomit bags and water to revellers in need."
