I have rebuild some of the services on #Proxmox.
I have working:
- #HomeAssistant
- #HomeBridge
- #ADGuard
- #NginxProxyManager
- #Transmission
- #Jellyfin
I have also deployed some more, like #Seerr, #Radarr, #Sonarr, #Prowlarr - but they are yet to be fully configured.
A bit tricky to mount one network share across multiple containers, but managed to get along with systemd mount mechanism.
It’s now 3am… I guess it’s time to go to sleep…And yet, I’m watching #StarCraft replays…😅
I just can't get #nginx try_files to work with #nginxProxyManager like I want.
I have a /local/images with image files, but I want to have a default fallback image when the requested URL is not found. So if AAA.png is missing, instead of a 404, I want Nginx to serve NONE.png.
The default proxy host is pointing to /
I added a new location for /local/images and the below entry
try_files $uri /local/images/NONE.png;
When I try to access /local/images/VALIDFILE.png, it works, but I get a 500 error if I try to access NONE.png or a non-existent file.
I don't know if it's because try_files isn't meant to be used with proxy_pass
Ok found a docker container that syncs NPM configs and it works well.
Now I need to figure out how to make try_files work with #NginxProxyManager

- keepalived: One IP address for the entire cluster
- syncthing: For volume replication between the nodes
- portainer: Web UI Management
