I love Masto, but as one of the many that have astigmatism, it would be nice to change the colour scheme? I assume this is an instance by instance thing, but what does pawb.fun have in the way of changing colour away from the dark tones and light text?

I don‘t understand the difference between environment.systemPackages and programs.something.enabled = true in NixOS config. I tried finding an explanation what programs is all about in the docs but there‘s nothing about it. It seems to be somehow overlapping, e.g. I can have a systemPackage but also a program. Can anybody shed some light?
