This week marks my 19th anniversary at work. While being out on vacation last week, I decided to make today my personal #NewLeafDay to break out of some bad habits that I've developed over the covid years. Nothing too major from a work standpoint. Mostly it'll be getting more consistent with my arrival and departure times for the day.

At home, I'm going to be getting into a consistent workout routine and correcting my nutrition to try and be more serious about my health moving forward.

In upsides of being stuck in my room for four days;

- New leaf day for my Monstera! That’s number four since we were reunited in september!
- New leaf day for my ficus tineke! Which has grown a foot since June, when I bought it for my birthday
- almost double new leaf day for my swiss cheese vine! Which makes it 4 and 3 new leaves on the vines respectively since Christmas
- Chain of Hearts growth spurt! Buddy has reached the dang floor, it’s taller than I am!!
