In reading this week's New European there are two claims as to what will have happened by the time I read it.
That Nadim Zahawi won't have a Ministry of No Portfolio and he won't be Chairman of the Tories, the second, from Tanit Koch is that Scholz won't have got off his self erected fence.
0 for 2 as some American sports commentator might say.
