Getting the #NetYaroze setup last night was fun - stuff that was quite mystical to younger me is now perfectly normal. Interesting to see it was GCC 2.x bundled with it!

browsing through old backups, as one does, and found a screenshot of a tool i wrote for the mac to display net yaroze TMD and RSD files, back in the day.

most of the time i spent working with the net yaroze was making tools so i could develop on a mac, because there was no official mac support 😅

Here's a formative one...

I got hold of Sony's hobbyist PlayStation, the #NetYaroze, just as I was heading to University.
The community was amazing, and I was quickly joined on this adventure by the most wonderful @forensicgunk.

My opus was a game called Snowball Fight, which made it onto a couple of OPSM coverdisks. Cute graphics, music and a laugh on a mates night in. I should remake it?!
