Thrash CardiomOur neighbours, nice though they are, seem to have a boundary issue. They cut back the plants on our property which overhang their property. Fair enough. They have that right.
What they don't have the right to do is cut back our plants further back into our property and then spray weedkiller onto them which they have done.
