Defra update 10.10.23

So far in 2023 there have been 65 Asian hornet nests found in 49 locations.

Kent
A further nest has been found at the complex site on the Kent coast.

A few other locations in Kent are being monitored in response to credible sightings.

Credible reports are now starting to decrease and are sometimes related to an incident the NBU are already aware of.
