The #SupremeCourtOfCanada has overturned 2021 decision by #NWTs #CourtOfAppeal affecting ability o some students 2 attend #French school there.
Decision ends legal battle between #CommissionScolaireFrancophoneDesTerritoriesDuNordOuest & the NWT #DepartmentOfEducation over whether students who don't have a #ConstitutionalRight 2 French #education, or "non-rights holders", should b permitted entry into the #Francophone school system.
