ANYONE noticing how instinctive it is to #NOTComply? Where for decades African Americans have been told #JUSTComply - full stop. Obviously, it's your fault if you don't comply. Are we finally gaining understanding HOW difficult it is to just comply when in legitimate fear for your life.
