Emeritus Prof Christopher MayGiven the continued discussion of the problem of growth for climate change, the ability to manage some level of economic growth while still attaining Net Zero looks like the holy grail for Liberal greens (those who see a de-growth strategy as too politically dangerous).
While we are already seeing relative de-coupling, to achieve net zero Farooq Sher (NTU) argues an absolute decoupling must be achieved!
But, this doesn't look easy!
