I have a question to all Filipinos who were able to take the #NCEE (National College Entrance Examination), was it similiar to Korea's CSAT (College Scholastic Ability Test) wherein it determined which university they can get into, as well as, serves as their admission test?

🇩🇪(Scholz) has no vision(save clinging to the untenable recent last). The ideas & vision are coming from #NCEE which lack pop & econ weight but also hindered in leading b/c not considered ‘essential’. If EU is means not end (to better life in Europe & beyond) this must change.3/3

#NCEE smaller states have shown considerable leadership on #Ukraine. But this apparently seems threatening to 🇫🇷🇩🇪. Only seeing large states as possible leaders is a relic that has no place in the EU. Can we also imagine/ accept diffuse/ multi-centred leadership?

#Germany & others should do more to recognize & act upon the indivisibility of their security from that of #Ukraine as well as #NCEE #NATO allies. There are costs now but these are better seen as investments in preventing far bigger costs from decaying liberal order later.
