I've been sitting on the couch working on my laptop all day. My groin was really tight when I stood up.

Then I bent over to put a dish in the dishwasher and totally threw out my left sacroiliac.

Had to crawl upstairs, screaming on every step. Can't bend to wash my face at the sink. Ugly sight doing half a split to get onto the bed. Cats freaked and hiding
