- did 300 air squats
- did 200 push ups
- did 100 (band assisted) pull ups

Holy. Shit. Had to stop for a minute halfway through the second mile to avoid emptying my guts on the street. 😆

Did a drop-in at #crossfit Gent today, since my own box is doing the #murph at the beach, and I could do with some pre-family-gathering tiring activity ;)

Unfortunatly I found out there that it was a #hyrox thing. Not a fan.

Finished 2 rounds. Was a first doing the sled pulls :)
