Altough i hiked more distance than ever before in my life - mainly in the south and east of Styria, there were not so many (tall) summit climbs this year.
But here are some pictures of my most memorable hikes this year. Detailed description in Alt-text.

On mountains.social every day is a mountain day. But today it is a really special one, as it is International Mountain Day. And this year it even falls on #MountainMonday!
"December 11, "International Mountain Day", was designated by the United Nations General Assembly in 2003. The General Assembly "encouraged the international community to organize events at all levels on that day to highlight the importance of sustainable mountain development."
