I have been at the #powerglitching workshop today at #hackadaeurope ! Pretty advanced topic, I feared I was not up to the topic, but the teacher was reasonably good at explaining and prepared a very convenient testbench in the form of a (very cool) PCB with two #MCU: one is the target (the one to glitch) and the other is the one that controls the power supply to the first one via a #mosfet.

While at MOSFETs, those little fellows here seem to be quite capable to handle LED strips (SSM3K324R) - again, PWM at 3.3V logic level. They should be able to handle up to 1A safe and sound in this setup, I guess. Why are spec sheets always guesswork. Just a real nightmare to solder these
 guess I finally need to figure out where to order PCBs with parts already assembled :/

Ich habe selbst die X-3 Serie von Qidi hier bei mir und mich aber selbst lange nicht mehr bewusst damit auseinandergesetzt.

Allerdings sollte gerade jetzt, wo die meisten Drucker mit geschlossenen Bauraum und höheren Temperaturen und Bauraumheizung daher kommen dieses Thema ernster genommen werden !!!

Electronics idea.

There are opamps with bipolar junction transistors (BJT) in the input stage.

There are others with junction field-effect transistors (JFET) in the input stage.

There are yet others with metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFET) [1] in the input stage.

Idea: find an application for the bizarre possibility of an opamp with insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBT) in the input stage. This is more stunt-designing than anything practical.

[1] IIUC, "CMOS" opamps are really just MOSFET-input opamps. I'm not sure why the process technology name is more commonly used rather than the device type as is universally used for BJT and JFET input opamps.
